2. Products
Vinoxa exclusively markets wine accessories (glasses, decanters, corkscrews, cellars, decoration, books, etc.). Prices are indicated in euros, including all taxes. Vinoxa reserves the right to modify its prices at any time.
3. Ordering
Validation of your order constitutes acceptance of these General Terms and Conditions of Sale. A confirmation email will be sent to you after each order.
4. Payment
Payment is due immediately upon ordering. We accept bank cards and other payment methods offered during checkout. Transactions are secure.
5. Delivery
Orders are shipped to countries in the European Union, the United Kingdom, and Switzerland. Delivery times and costs are indicated on our delivery page.
6. Right of Withdrawal and Return Conditions
In accordance with the law, you have 14 days to withdraw. Consult our return policy for more details.
⚠️ Absolute Condition — No exceptions: Vinoxa ONLY accepts returns if the packaging is perfect and in its original condition. Any return with damaged, incomplete, or altered packaging will be refused and sent back without refund.
Legal Warranties
All our products benefit from the legal warranty of conformity (2 years) and the warranty against hidden defects, in accordance with the French Consumer Code.
Intellectual Property
All content on the Vinoxa site (texts, images, logos) is protected by copyright. Any reproduction is prohibited without prior authorization.
Applicable Law
These General Terms and Conditions of Sale are subject to French law. In the event of a dispute, an amicable solution will be sought as a priority. Failing that, the French courts shall have jurisdiction.
