Return and Refund Policy
At Vinoxa, your satisfaction is our priority. In accordance with European legislation (Directive 2011/83/EU) and French law, you benefit from the following guarantees.
Right of withdrawal
You have a period of 14 calendar days from receipt of your order to exercise your right of withdrawal, without having to justify your decision.
How to make a return?
To initiate a return, contact us at: contact@vinoxa.eu, indicating your order number and the reason for the return. We will provide you with return instructions within 48 hours.
Return conditions — Absolute rule
⚠️ Mandatory condition: Vinoxa ONLY accepts returns if the packaging is perfect and in its original state. No exceptions will be tolerated.
Any item returned with damaged, incomplete, opened, or altered packaging will be automatically refused and sent back to the sender, without refund.
- Items must be returned in their original state, unused, and in their original, perfect, and intact packaging.
- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, except in the case of a defective product or an error on our part.
Refund
Once the return is received and verified (perfect and original packaging confirmed), we will process a full refund of your order amount (excluding return costs) within a maximum of 14 days, using the same payment method used during the purchase.

- Downloaded digital files
Defective or damaged product
If you receive a defective or damaged item, contact us immediately at contact@vinoxa.eu with photos. We will cover the return shipping costs and send you a replacement or issue a full refund.
